Facility Stewardship

Luke 16:2  "And he called him, and said unto him, How is it that I hear this of thee? give an account of thy stewardship; for thou mayest be no longer steward."   (Luke 16)

Village Christian Church has made a commitment to be good stewards of our gifts, one of which is our building.  We have a neat facility here at Village.  We feel called to open our doors and share access to our facility for groups in the Colorado Springs community.  Is your group interested?

We are seeking groups who need a home for meetings, rehearsals, after-school programs and/or worship experiences.  We want to provide service to our community through our church structure.  We have a ministry team that works with groups wishing to use the facility.  As a Disciple of Christ congregation we are firmly ecumenical and would be open to community groups who are uplifting the community in any way.

Village Christian Church (DOC) is located in the Venetian Village area, just north of Fillmore and east of Hancock.

Our church facility could provide for the needs of various types of groups from small weekly meetings, to a 5 day after-school program, to a worshipping community that wishes to share space.

This well maintained facility offers a large hall with stage, a fine kitchen, a sanctuary which seats over 200 and an education wing with 10 furnished classrooms.
