WHY I GO TO VILLAGE CHRISTIAN CHURCH

When we first moved to Colorado Springs, we went to First Christian Church downtown.  When I was growing up, our church was always full of old people.  When I heard of Village Christian Church with a young congregation, we visited once and that was it!  We hadn’t been members very long when I started helping Ann Osburn teach the third grade Sunday school class.  I think we had more than 20 kids in that class and they kept us busy!  Over the years there have been ministers that I was not happy with at times, but I always felt that this is my church and that minister won’t be here forever.  I’m still not ready to leave Village Christian Church.
